Anti-Corruption Issues

Over the last 7 years, anti-corruption practices have been actively developed in Ukraine. MORIS has been providing legal expertise in this area since 2015, when anti-corruption legislation has changed significantly.

We effectively advise our clients on all issues related to the electronic declaration system, preparation of materials and representation of clients' interests in the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, in criminal proceedings, during pre-trial investigations conducted by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.

What we do:

• advise on the compliance with anti-corruption legislation, including in the area of electronic declaration;
• advise clients at the stage of pre-trial investigation;
• develop defense strategies for our clients;
• represent the interests of our clients in the High Anti-Corruption Court, its Appeal Chamber and the Supreme Court.
